Autumn's Rolling In
Time for Blankets & Golden Tea.
I love winter and the Autumn sunsets are amazing. This last week i’ve been whipping up quick golden milk in my Yunomi sip cup, it's delicious like a sweet chai with a tumeric, ginger twist. Heres the recipe;
2 cups milk of plant milk or cows milk
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp cinnamon powder
pinch of ground black pepper
tiny piece of fresh, peeled ginger root
1 tsp raw local honey
Whizz all the ingredients in a blender and simmer on a low heat for 2/3 mins (don't boil) It will get thicker and more yellow as you heat.
